1. Navigate to the email builder
2. Select an email template from the dropdown

When typing your new content, you can click Refresh Preview at any time to see your changes before finalising the changes by clicking Update Template.

Note: some emails do not have any editable content. If an email has editable content you will see one or more template boxes.
