If for whatever reason you want to suspend a customer from logging in to your store and checking out, you can easily suspend their account at any time.

1. Navigate to customers
2. Click Manage on the customer you want to suspend
3. Find Suspend Account
4. Click Suspend

The customer will only be informed they have been suspended when they try to login to your store
