Landing on your Store's dashboard is a key overview of your Store.
From here we can see
Active products
This will show the total products that are currently active on your website. This isn't a total of all products and any products, not published or disabled aren't included in this total.
You can click Active Products which will take you to the Products page.
Customers
A simple overview of your customers who have registered accounts whilst purchasing.
Order for (Current Month)
Total number of orders for this month
You can click The Number which will take you to the orders overview page.
Collections for (Current Month)
Only displays if you have collections available on your website.
Total Number of collections that fall due within the current month.
If you click The Number, this will take you to the collections overview.
Active Pages
Shows how many active pages, this includes such pages as; products, categories, articles, collections & more.
Clicking on The Number will take you to the Page Overview where you can filter & manage the pages.
Mail Subscribers
Mail Subscribers shows the total active number of customers who are in your Database for sending Newsletters.
Sales for (Current Month) Excl. Postage
Your all important sales figures are displayed here. These will include all paid for additional options on products, but will exclude any additional postage charges added at checkout.
You can click the sales for (month) and this will take you to the monthly overview of sales.
Postage for (Current Month)
A clear display of what your customers have been charged for postage within the month, if you charge any at all.
Reviews
The total number of reviews combined for all your products.
- Click reviews and this will take you to the review page, where you can overview, and action any required reviews.
Active Carts
Giving you an indication of the website activity and showing you active carts from live customers - Active carts will stay for 2 hours following inactivity and then will no longer display.
- Click Active Carts will navigate you to the shopping carts overview.
Referrals
Total referrals from sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing & more for the previous day.
- Click Referrals you are directed to the Summary page.
Visits
Live data for visits for the current day. Included are only unique visitors.
- Click visits this will take you to the previous 30 days' history and show you a graph of activity.
Emails Delivered
From system emails, to contact request replies and newsletters, this will overview all the confirmed delivery of emails within the current month. (this does include if someone's email has hit spam folders). Total success + Failed combined will be subject to billing depending on your package.
Emails Failed
Total emails that have been returned as failed, this could be due to incorrect email addresses or other errors such as mailbox full.
