If a customer has been suspended on your store and you would like to remove their suspension then it is easy to do so.
- Navigate to customers
- Find the customer and click Manage
- Find the Remove Account Suspension section
- Click Remove Suspension
The customer will not be informed of this suspension being removed but if they try to login or checkout again, they will be allowed.
