Send customers a “thank you” email after their order has been completed

  1. Navigate to store settings
  2. Find the Order Settings section
  3. Under “How many days after the order has been completed do you want until the thank you email will be sent?” you can type any number of days from 1 to 30
  4. Click Save Changes

The thank you emails will only be sent if an order has reached one of these stages:

  • For Collections: after order has been marked as collected.
  • For Deliveries: after order has been dispatched.
  • For Digital Orders: immediately after order has been paid.
